El cigomático izquierdo forma el pómulo. Con el proceso cigomático del temporal compone el arco cigomático.

Qué es
En la raíz del arco cigomático, justo delante del trago, están las depresiones que marcan los puntos preauriculares del 10-20 1. La sutura frontocigomática se palpa con facilidad y sirve para ubicar el pterion 2.
